Why buy from oolong?

Oolong Tees provides a unique product that is sure to end up a favorite wardrobe staple. Our artists don’t normally work in t-shirt design but are excited about making their work available in this fashion. The revenue Oolong generates for the artists helps them keep on doing what they are doing.

Shirts

We work with Alternative Apparel because we like: fashion forward t-shirts, a no-sweatshop policy, and nice garment dyed colors. If you like thin, super soft, fitted cotton shirts this is the best we’ve found.

Sizing

The shirts are fitted but we would suggest ordering your true size. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering up a size. Check out the size chart on the product detail page for further information. Any specific sizing issue is noted on the individual product page.

Returns

Say it isn't so! If the shirt is unworn and unharmed you can send it back and exchange it for a different shirt\size. We will charge for replacement shipping.

Pricing

We want our shirts to stand out so we take great care with the design process.  As a result, our shirts cost a little more then others. But in the end you will get a unique product that will last for years and years.

Shipping

We do our best to keep shipping costs down, not using shipping as a source of profit. We ship via USPS Priority because it is fast and cheap. Shirts usually arrive in a few days. Shipping is flat at $5 plus $1 per shirt, cool?

International orders are shipped global priority via USPS. They say it is quick…but different countries operate at different speeds and then there is Customs (and you know how that is). So if we both cross our fingers it should be there in less than 10 days. Shipping is flat at $20 which will get you up to 5 shirts. We tried to keep it cheap and fast, we actually lose money on some countries.

Security

Oolong will never disclose your personal information to anyone for any reason. We use 128-bit encryption to secure your online purchases and we will never store any credit card information. We feel this offers the highest level of protection to our customers and allows all of us to sleep better at night.
